I am very disappointed because the service has been changed a lot. The last time I was there I didn’t see the same staff, I know that they leave and new comes but this time I saw the staff not dressed nicely like the others. Also a guy is always there walking around that looks like a homeless, I know that he is working but I saw his nails from his feet and they were horrible. I think it’s not the same as before. I didn’t like how the lady did my nails. I know it’s expensive but I know it’s worth but not any more. Remember this is only my opinion.

I know the price is high but is worth it because they have everything clean and all the instruments are sterilized. Ivy does everything perfect.

they crowd the place . Every chair was packed theres hardly any elbow space in between seats. I asked for the $29 pedicure and the lady doing my pedicure took it upon herself to add things that i told her i didn’t want then charged me for the $39 pedicure. The polish looked watered down and thin she put so many coats on it didnt dry and got messed up after leaving even tho i sat there for easily 10mins after. It was $60 for a basic mani (no color) and pedi. I gave a $15 tip even tho they didn’t deserve it. Its ok because ill never go back and reccomend others to try a different salon. They clearly only care about making money here not the customer. Dont waste your time or money there are smaller less flashy salons that do a way better job and offer better service. I only went here because i had time before work and its down the st.

Nice, clean place. Nail techs are friendly. They do a good job with nail dip. They are consistent with doing a good job my nails, hold up to 3 weeks. Most of them do a great job with nail shaping. Pedicures are always good no complaints.
