I’ve been going to this nail salon for about 3 years now and this was the best experience I’ve had. Kim (who I believe is new because I have never seen her) was awesome! I will now only be going back to her. She did dip nail manicure was so kind and patient when I changed my mind on my color (before she started) she gave me suggestions on colors and was gentle on my nails. Just had a full set done with a gel polish. So far I’m pretty pleased. The salon was clean, and well organized. There is a nice selection of gel polish.I like the shape of my nails and am hoping I can get 3 weeks out of them… we’ll see!

Went in asked for 2 deluxe pedicures which each cost 45$ For a total of 90$-the gentleman upfront repeated it back to me. Then was charged 104$ they said they upgraded out pedicures without even asking. I use to come here when it was v and a nails and was a faithful customer. Won’t be back and don’t recommend to anyone. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualitySet and confirmed an appointment for 1p on a Saturday with my sister. They didn’t end up taking us until 1:35 and started on my sister. By the time 2:05 hit, she was done and they hadn’t even started on me. I brought this up to the staff and they just stared at me and didn’t offer any type of apology or resolution.
