My fiancé scheduled an appointment and paid. When she showed up they said they couldn’t accommodate and did not offer a refund, said they they would contact her by the end of the day for a Saturday appointment at 4pm…. No contact so we decided to drive by there… no one was there the building was closed… still haven’t received a refund or the service we paid for…. For a wellness place that is supposed to help with stress and relaxation this has been everything but!

First it was CLEAN! That mattered. The customer service from the receptionist trickling doen through the staff was courteous and so helpful. That facial was so relaxing during my time in the chair. I had the best massage ever the atmosphere was very nice and tranquil it put me at ease. I am so glad that they were able to fit me in it was an extraordinary experience that all mom‘s sisters brothers cousins need to experience I felt all of my stress of the day leave my body . I was able to relax let go of the cares of the world. She removed all of the knots in my back she stretched my legs and she worked on my lower back but once she got to my feet I believe I was sleep thanks again wellness center

I scheduled my deep tissue massage for 11:30-1:00 pm, but because my masseuse was running late, the massage didn’t start until 11:40. About 30 minutes into the massage, my masseuse began falling asleep. I allowed her to continue attempting to massage me while she was in and out of sleep. I opened my eyes multiple times and saw her body wavering over me with her eyes closed. Her head was bobbing up and down as she fought to stay awake. I sat up and ended the massage 30 minutes early. I told the receptionist what had occurred. He offered a $15 refund and a $10 off coupon. All staff members were polite and respectful, but I will not be returning to this establishment because of the sleeping incident.
