My first visit..Dan did my pedicure a young lady was taking my gel polish off and the whole time I was saying I know her face…from where I kept asking myself…oh well. Now time for me to get my nails done. I asked the tech if she had ever worked in another shop near by, she responded no. How about the other young lady she responded yes. Now things are coming together after conversing with Ti (the nail tech) I learned that her sister Penny once did my nails in another location. The young lady would come to the shop on Saturdsys with her mom (Penny) I feel like I hit the lottery today. I was devastated when Penny left the other location. Penny was not there today…I can’t wait to see her. I will definitely be going back. THANK YOU guys for service excellence today!
