Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI love this place! I have been searching for my “go to” nail salon and this is it. They are prompt, friendly, have same day appointments, always verify the color once it’s on and are reasonably priced. Will definitely come back again and again.

Critical: ProfessionalismI am truly disheartened that a business I frequent would treat me like this. I have a gift certificate that was purchased April 14, 2020. It does have a one-year expiration date. I called today to see if they would honor it because of the long time they were closed due to Covid. Even though it is expired by six weeks – I really thought that they would take the time out they were closed and add it to the expiration date as it was not my fault that I could not use that gift certificate. I am truly disheartened that a business I frequent would treat me like this. I have a gift certificate that was purchased April 14, 2020. It does have a one-year expiration date. I called today to see if they would honor it because of the long time they were closed due to Covid. Critical: QualityI went in to get me and my 3 daughters pedis and manis done. I got fake nails done and never once asked what shape or length. My shapes was slanted and uneven.
