Jordan Martinez, owner of Plush studio has been doing my hair for almost a year now. Jordan is kind, caring but most of all so very talented! It’s hard to trust people with your hair, but Jordan made me feel comfortable and gave me what I asked for! I have to say all the wonderful women that work there have mad talent! Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityJordan cancelled twice! Very unprofessional. Did not even apologize. She seems not to care about her clients. If you feel like listening to her life drama every time she does your hair, then this is your girl because that is all she does.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI scheduled an appointment with Jordan late November. I showed up on time and the shop was closed. I called about 5 times and left a voicemail. Finally she gets back to me and says she left town for a family emergency. (Apparently an excuse she’s used before if you look at the other 1star reviews) so I reschedule a week later. (Today) I go into the Salon at 11:45, as my appointment was scheduled at noon exactly. There is one lady in there that asks what I need and she says “well She isn’t here” I waited till 12:10 and Jordan still didn’t show up. I called 2 times and the second time I left a voicemail. Don’t go to Jordan. There is literally no point. I went to a different salon and they did exactly what I needed. I told her in the voicemail that she can find my review on google. I scheduled an appointment with Jordan late November. I showed up on time and the shop was closed. I called about 5 times and left a voicemail. Finally she gets back to me and says she left town for a family emergency. (Apparently an excuse she’s used before if you look at the other 1star reviews) so I reschedule a week later.
