I would not recommend Plush Hair Studio. I had a horrible experience with Valerie. I went with a picture of a color I wanted and what I got was NOTHING like the picture. What she did end up doing was totally bleaching my hair and frying it. She did so without doing any treatment to protect my hair. When she was done she could barely get a comb through it. I was in shock after she blow dried my hair. Yes, I paid and left. I ended up having to go to another salon to have them cut off about 2 inches because of the dead fried ends. I have spent an enormous amount of money on moisturizing treatments since then. And unfortunately, have to get my hair cut once again because it just keeps breaking. I contacted both the stylist and the salon owner with my complaint and ask that they do the right and refund my money because of what Valerie did. They have chosen to ignore my request. The stylist hasn’t even apologized or contacted me about my dissatisfaction. So they have no customer service either. I would not recommend this studio, especially Valerie.

I’ve been going to Plush for about a year and a half now. Love this salon. Dezz is amazing with color and color correction. I have never had a bad color or cut here and the staff is all friendly and professional. Do yourself a favor and call for an appointment. You won’t regret it. I went to cosmetology school and I do all of my friends and family’s hair but I never get my own done because I don’t trust people very easily. This is the absolute BEST place I have found in the area to get my hair done! I went to cosmetology school and I do all of my friends and family’s hair but I never get my own done because I don’t trust people very easily. The places that I have Gina around here before have left me very unsatisfied. I decided to go out on a whim and stop here to see if they had time to do a quick trim. Everyone had their mask on. No problems ever! If another hairdresser would go here for three years, they have to be good. Everyone is friendly and relaxed. I have been going to this shop for three years. I am a hairdresser myself and have a hard time finding someone good. This place is great! Everyone had their mask on. No problems ever!
