Positive: QualityThis was my first time EVER having lashes and let me tell you…….From when I entered this establishment I was greeted. All of the ladies(tech) in there were very professional! ALEX DID A PHENOMENAL job on my lashes! Since I’m new to lashes she sat down beside me and showed me several pics of her work so I could pick the look I wanted! This was my first time EVER having lashes and let me tell you…….From when I entered this establishment I was greeted. All of the ladies(tech) in there were very professional! ALEX DID A PHENOMENAL job on my lashes! Since I’m new to lashes she sat down beside me and showed me several pics of her work so I could pick the look I wanted! I’m very impressed and I will be back!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe client had a two-week appointment after having utilized provided by the shop for 4-5m. Lash tech did not show up and failed to communicate, owner notified the client stating that lash tech was now off the books and unavailable to the client. Consumer explained what happened and the owner disingenuously appeared to remediate the problem. The owner stated to provide a call back the next day, the communication did happen however at this time the owner falsified the availability of lash techs to assist the client (literal discrepancy in the availability online as opposed to her books). The client inquired about the availability of removal as well as fills, which online shows availability. The owner “closed the books” on the consumer, with no reason known to consumer. Essentially, leaving the client “high and dry”, the owner did not care about the experience of the consumer and was very rude and a matter of fact, unwilling to provide any form of customer service in remediation to the problem. Professionalism and communication severely lacks. Being a beauty care professional myself. She should have informed me that my lashes would not be full due to my lack of natural lashes. Instead she put lashes on that you can’t till they’re there.
