Booked 2 appointments for my daughters with the stylist Cassie. First appointment I missed even though it was my fault, the stylist was nice about rescheduling for the next day. My 2nd appointment I was running behind by 10 mins, Cassie was still nice and welcoming when we arrived. She got my 2 yr in her chair and was nice and patient with her, even gave her snacks while she sat there. The braids was nice and neat and only took a hr and a half. She even used her own beads after I had ran out. This is my second time getting my daughters hair done at those shop and both time was a good experience. Definitely will be booking again 5/5 highly recommended
