I have been coming to this salon for almost a year about every 3-4 weeks. I come to Evette for pedicures. I have extremely difficult toenails and she is a PRO! She is kind and concerned with the look and feel of my big toes in particular! And she gives great massages! I highly recommend her to people with ingrown toenails! The salon is clean and the employees polite!

Update: I went back a week later and see if they can fix since most of my nails were already lifted as I expected and chipped here and there (Usually gels last 2-3 weeks). Different staff (forgot to ask her name) removed everything that was left over and did it again with similar color (since the first color I had was too sheer and they had to put 5 coats). Looks much better and finally looks like it has been done by professional. I am giving them 4 stars because they fixed my nails and now they look great, but not 5 because I had to make 2 trips to get final result. Attaching picture of final outcome after re-do at the end of the photos.

I am giving this place three stars because the customer service and pedicure were amazing. However, my nails weren’t done that great. There are lumps in the nail bed and on the tips of my nails. When I left a noticed a few cracks under a couple of nails and it’s fair to say that 3 days later those nail tips have come off. It seems like a pretty nice salon, but I wouldn’t go here for dip/acrylic sets.

Got the basic pedicure ($28) and basic manicure ($16) total came to $58 before tip and said cost to take on dip (which i got here last time…) so $14 just to take off the dip and sloppily put on regular nail polish because shes upset i wont do gel or dip… decent pedicure by someone else though

Critical: Quality, ValueCame here for a manicure and it was literally the worst manicure & nail experience I’ve ever had. The lady destroyed my cuticles & cut me multiple times and wouldn’t quit filing my nails down to the point that she was filing my skin and it became raw and started bleeding. It was SO painful & awful. Then she put on dip & didn’t do enough layers so it was see through and so poorly done I had polish all the outside of my nails. I told them I was unhappy & they agreed to remove the polish and then still tried to charge for the manicure. WHAT?! I sat in there for 2 hours being tortured and came out with naked nails and she still wanted me to pay?? PLACE WAS TERRIBLE ! I suggest not going at all.Instead of professionally soaking off the gel they ripped off the gel and top layer of nail.Then continued and burned me with the drill. After experiencing much pain I told them I didn’t want to continue my service and wanted to leave.In the end was still forced to pay with not even the full polish removed off my toes.DO NOT RECOMMEND SPENDING YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

This business declined to give us the advertised happy hour rate then provided poor excuses as to why they would not honor it without a printed coupon even though the sign on the front of the store says nothing about needing a printed coupon.
