In this place I accidentally left my ring while I was at the manicurist, who unfortunately I don’t know the name of and when I returned, I assure you I didn’t see anything, which seems very unprofessional to me and I’m not at all sure of going back to a place like this, since they have very poor quality of cameras and it is something in their favor, be very careful!!!!!

This Place is Horrible when it comes to doing the Services, They use the same towel from another person, Like me and they tried to use that Dirty towel on the Next Customer, At the End they Over Change you for the Services Done , ask 1st before they start, they also have a Bucket with new Towels and they don’t have a Washer & Dryer to do Laundry, other incident today there the Pedicure Spa Chair Overflow with water when the customer had her Feet in there , So this is what they Did , Took the water out and Dumped it in the Right side Spa Chair with a Customer sitting there with her Feet in it , There was 3 of us there getting Service, it was our 2nd Time there, I

Went to this salon for the first time hoping they can fix the work of another salon. It was another horrible experience… He did my fill and painted with a quickness.. 5 day’s after the service.. Polish started peeling off. There were bubbles in the middle and the edges were peeling off as well. I went somewhere else to get color change.. I’ll be a fool if I went back to get color change… What a waste of money.. Horrible!!

I went to the nail salon with a cousin and friend. I decided to get black tips. I sit where the lady at the front tells me to go sit and when I sat down, one of the ladies asks what I was doing sitting here. I told her the lady at the front told me to sit here. The woman who did ny nails was very rude. She cut my skin a few times and was done in less then 10 minutes. She tells me to go wash my hands and gives me the bill then walks away. My nails are really short and they charged $35. I’d avoid this place at all cost

I received jell manicure and regular pedicure on sunday. By Friday, 4 days later the jell manicure & pedicare already chipping. My manicure and pedicare looks like 2 weeks later. Horrible. Paid 56.00. Then my toe color didn’t even match the same as my finger color. My finger color was a pink and toe color was peach. I pointed it out they new I was unsatisfied and blamed it on sometimes the colors don’t match that come in the box, so that was the customer fault! Really. Didn’t nothing to correct. I knew I should of walked out before hand due to place not very clean, chairs very worn out. My bad….

First off the outcome of my nails were actually good. I was happy with the end results besides a few minor flaws. However, the woman who did my nails was SO INCREDIBLY ROUGH. I understand she’s trying to finish as soon as possible to see other clients, but I expect to get good service regardless, especially because it’s little pricey here. She cut me pretty deep while filing my nails and all she said was “oh sorry” and she kept going, being extremely rough. She didn’t put ointment or anything. She gave me my bill and just walked away. I’ve done my nails at many places and I think this is by far the worst. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because like I said the outcome was pretty good. Also they’re very pushy about their tip. I left one but honestly kinda wish I didn’t.
