Critical: QualityI wewe in for a trim yesyester. I asked for some face-framing but she framed so deep that’s the entire front of my hair is very choppy and the cuts are blunt, not gradual at all. There are short pieces in the back that should be the same length as the rest of the hair. I ended up having to go to another Salon to have it fixed and it still does not look great. There are short pieces in the back that should be the same length as the rest of the hair. I ended up having to go to another Salon to have it fixed and it still does not look great. People were friendly but the haircut was so bad that I will never go back again.

This place is very close to where I live which is convenient but I would travel from some distance away to get my haircut here. Fantastic prices and I can walk in and usually have very little wait. I like the fact that it’s locally owned sort of a mom-and-pop place. I’ve always had good results and I will continue to frequent this establishment!

I have only been here a few times and each time I left very satisfied. The price for a cut is very reasonable/affordable but the cut itself doesn’t look “cheap.” I have been bouncing around between a few places for a few years now and so far this is the best I have found. The staff is friendly, there wasn’t a long wait any of the times I had been here, and they listen to what you want and do exactly that. They make suggestions without being pushy about it, too, which is nice. I will definitely be back.

Great service, fair price and nice staff. Rita has cutt my hair 4 or 5 times, consistently a great hair cutt. My experience with hair cutts is that it is tuff to find consistency. I was impressed enough that my mother went for a cutt and color and was satisfied with her service and outcome as well. Good job plumbrook! I’ll be back…

Wonderfully friendly and open minded people with a great deal of talent. I tried their suggestions for hair cut n color and have never felt so great about my hair or got so many compliments! A wait time sometimes but well worth it!!
