Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI made an appointment for a lash lift and tint with Erin online and when I showed up, no one was there. Confused after knocking for a few minutes, Erin came through the door, seemed a little frazzled, and unlocked the studio door. When first entering the studio, I was uncomfortable seeing the state it was in. There were boxes, towels and other supplies all over the floor and couch. Erin was very kind to me throughout the time I was there but at points would not respond and since my eyes were closed this made me nervous what was going on. After the lash lift and tint was over I left and was shocked when I got home – my eyelashes were so over processed that they curled back and into my eyelids. Over the next few days this would continue to the point of my eyelids hurting from my eyelashes rubbing against them (hair splinters?). Erin was super accommodating and told me I could come back to have them fixed. However, when I showed up, all she did was put oil on my eyelashes and burn me by putting a hair dryer almost directly on my face. I made an appointment for a lash lift and tint with Erin online and when I showed up, no one was there. Confused after knocking for a few minutes, Erin came through the door, seemed a little frazzled, and unlocked the studio door. I booked an appointment with Erin for a facial and consult on my skin. She arrived late and when she opened the door to her studio I almost left. Boxes and towels everywhere. It was gross and dark.
