Folks if you are looking for the kind of massage that will tear down every tight muscle, let your shoulders drop 3 inches from the normal stress position, relax your hips, work all the kinks out of the tight runners calf muscles or tired feet from standing all day or whatever your ail is… This is the place and Caty is the one who will skillfully allow you to feel how your body is supposed to feel without the pain that most of us suffer from day in and day out from the stressors of our jobs, our lives, working out etc. I’ve worked with so many massage therapists all across the country and I am thrilled that I found Plehn Massage. Caty knows exactly how to tackle all the pain points and tight muscles in your body, she makes you feel comfortable and is professional. If you are looking for the kind of massage where there’s going to be some spa-like tranquil music in the background and you’re paying someone to rub lotion on you, this is Not Your Jam. The sports medicine style techniques and IASTM tools that are used are typically hard to find and when they are – they come at much higher prices. Thank you Caty!
