Dr. Alvarez, Janet, Maira are all amazing. I’ve had serious work done. Including a bridge replacement and all 4 wisdom teeth taken out. I began coming here after my parents who have been visiting her for years had nothing but good things to say about the doc and her team. My parents were correct, she is seriously great. I don’t fee nervous to go to the dentist anymore. Such gentle hands and such supportive team. Thank you so much Dentist4U!

Dr. Alvarez states she guarantees a job well done but at the end of the day she truly doesn’t. I was supposed to get a bridge done, she collected payment from my insuranceand also me(the patient) and shortly after breaks. She says no problem ill fix it..except it never gets done. She states as a courtesy don’t worry I’ll go ahead and now remove your wisdom tooth because the bridge can’t be placed and you may need an implant, it will all be covered at no cost to you. You come back and now the story has changed. Everything she said is taken back. I ask for at least my money that I paid and she xN keep the insurance money which has already been collected but they say nope. If you ask me seems like insurance fraud but take your chNces coming here, the great job thats guaranteed may NOT be guaranteed after all and what she may say one day will change the next day. Not a dentist that can be trusted.

First, let me say I found my new dentist for life I have never felt more relaxed and comfortable and genuinely excited at a dental office before. I had a crown done at a different office and they botched it pretty bad , kept getting food stuck in between my teeth and I thought that was normal come to find out crown was open and letting Bacteria underneath my crown YUCK I know ! If it wasn’t for Dr. Alvarez finding it when she did I probably would of needed a root canal for that I’m truly thankful . Also the manager Maira was so helpful with payments and any questions I had ! I’m extremely thankful they helped me out especially with COVID 19 I was concerned I was not going to find a opening but they were Open , and had ever safety precaution up and running for my protection and her staff over all I can see how much Dr. Alvarez cares about us as patients and her wonderful staff TOTALLY RECOMMEND HER SHES THE BEST ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
