I love going to Pleasant Hill Family Day Spa. They always fit me in and my masseuse is a miracle worker. I have scoliosis and lots of back and neck pain. He spends a lot of time on my spine and the muscles around it. He’s a life saver! The staff is friendly and it is always clean.

I am a regular customer over there, their masseurs are very professional when they doing massage. The massage they did is not just for relaxing, also they can find body PRESSURE POINTS, so when they press the pressure points, you gonna feel so aching, but after that, the whole body will feel especially relaxing! their price is really fair, 1hour foot plus 1-hour body combination only cost $65!!!! Also, they have quit, clean room and relaxing music, so if you are looking for a place where can truly make your body out of stress, this is the one!

Place is clean & affordable, but the man who gave me my foot & body massage did NOT listen to my MANY, Many requests for him to go lighter (softer) & to Slow down. I must have said lighter/softer at least 10 times-He would go lighter for a few seconds & get right back to his ‘strong’ pressure & fast movements. I have low back pain & he was made aware of it. I almost got up to leave mid treatment. He did the same movement or finger pressure like any amateur could do. It felt tense & not relaxing at all. I was afraid he would hurt my back more & undo any good my Network Chiropractor did a cpl days ago. I just wanted muscles massaged not to try to move my bones. The lady at the front desk seemed frustrated with him when I told her but he just smirked. Some people (like me) are sensative & light touch is more effective for release than being forcefully ‘polished’. Maybe I just got the wrong person, but now I’m too afraid to try this place again.
