Critical: ProfessionalismMe and my friend wanted to get our nails done, we thought this salon would be a great fit since it was near by, and price officiant. Once my friend was going to dry her feet from her recent pedicure, when she sat down her nail chipped and the lady poorly fixed it by dipping her finger in acetone, during a covid year (with no glove), and then continued to attempt to fix it by poorly painting over it. Afterwords the disposable footwear slid down not ruining the nails, and the lady raised her voice in a not appropriate way. For my manicure, the nail polish was applied very messy, and on my cuticles. Me and my friend wanted to get our nails done, we thought this salon would be a great fit since it was near by, and price officiant. Once my friend was going to dry her feet from her recent pedicure, when she sat down her nail chipped and the lady poorly fixed it by dipping her finger in acetone, during a covid year (with no glove), and then continued to attempt to fix it by poorly painting over it. Positive: Cleanliness, ValueI hadn’t gotten a regular mani/pedi since March 2020 because I was apprehensive to go sit so closely. Checked out Plaza West for the first time ever and was so pleased. Everything looks brand new, and confirmed by someone at the shop, that a complete renovation was done. The massage chairs are fabulous during the pedi. Everything is very sanitary and comfortable. I hadn’t gotten a regular mani/pedi since March 2020 because I was apprehensive to go sit so closely. Checked out Plaza West for the first time ever and was so pleased. Everything looks brand new, and confirmed by someone at the shop, that a complete renovation was done. The massage chairs are fabulous during the pedi. Everything is very sanitary and comfortable.
