She took time to listen to what I wanted and helped me achieve my long time hair goal. All I came in with was a picture and she matched the exact color I wanted perfectly. It came out better than I honestly could have ever expected!The products she uses smell sooo good and the quality shows.I have zero regrets driving from Portland just to have Victoria do my hair, it was worth ever penny! I came all the way to Ashland for a photoshoot and had scheduled a blow dry and style weeks ago. The Plaza called to cancel on me less than 2 hours before and offered to do absolutely nothing to fit me in. They have single-handedly cost me hundreds of dollars and an entire weekend because of their inept business. Stay away from this salon at all costs.

I got a haircut here and worked with Avian — they did such a great job! We spent a few minutes talking about my hair care routine and what I was hoping to get out of my cut. Avian offered great advice for hair care and then proceeded to give me a super cute textured cut. Will definitely be back.

Unprofessional.When I declined to have champagne because I was pregnant, the nail tech responded how glad she was that she had her uterus removed so she never has to bring kids into this terrible world. Cool, thanks…I wasn’t nervous at all about becoming a mother…thanks for the encouraging words. I’ve worked in the service industry for years and I was honestly appalled. I understand that not everyone wants kids, but when you’re at work you have to maintain at least some amount of professionalism. She continued to talk about how bad the world is throughout my pedicure and manicure. It was super relaxing for me (sarcasm). I went here because my usual place was closed and the plaza was accepting appointments that same day (big surprise). Not only did I pay twice as much as at my usual place, but I also received the most pretentious and low quality “real shellac” polish that did not last any longer than a regular polish. They also do nothing for the exorbitant prices, you have to pay extra for massage, callous removal, scrubs etc. Like a lot extra.Pretentious. Low Quality. Overpriced. If you are going for a bikini wax, don’t. Had to peel wax off my skin when I got home, bled, and have so much hair left. As someone who gets waxes regularly and used to work for a waxing salon I would not recommend going

Got my eyelashes done my Renee, I’ve seen her a bunch of times and referred people to her even. Long story short she left me with a conjunctiva injury to my eyeball (a corneal abrasion). I spent a total of $180 after tip, and $50 at urgent care. She did refund me, and she is a wonderful woman. But this has been a really awful experience and I felt like I had to let you know ): Side note: when I let her know what happened after urgent care her response was “ouch. Eyeballs do heal super fast.”
