I came to get my nails fixed today after having a horrible experience at another local salon and Kim did WONDERS for my nails. She was so patient and kind and she made sure I was happy with my nails every step of the process. She took her time and made sure every nail was the exact same shape and length and they turned out absolutely perfect. I am so grateful to her and I will definitely be going back to Plaza Nails to book with her again!

I used to frequent Plaza Nails a few years ago but now it’s too expensive for what you get. My acrylic set was pretty but not what I wanted and I spent around $74 before tip. A little over a week passed and my nails started falling off. The nail technicians are very nice.

They always do such a great job but they are SO INCONSISTENT with their pricing. I was charged $65 plus tip the last time I was there for the nails on the left, and I was charged $68 before tip for the ones on the right. Maybe I’m crazy but that makes no sense since the 2nd nails are way shorter and there is no design.

Overall, I really like how my nails turned out. The place seemed clean and my nail tech was nice and did a good job. But please be prepared to pay more than what you expect. I got a simple design that I sent a photo of ahead of time. I was quoted $71 for the set, but after several upcharges (cuticle clean, etc.) It ended up costing $100 before tip. Just be warned.

I did the deluxe pedicure and the tech did a wonderful job. The nail tech for my manicure was careful and detailed and she did a wonderful job, as well. Both look perfect and the price was great. I’m very pleased! Very happy with how they turned out. They were all very friendly and welcoming.

I want another walk in and they did a magnificent job on my acrylic overlay. My technician was Kelvin and he made sure my natural nails stayed healthy throughout the process.
