They were very professional and friendly! Sally gave me a great haircut. I had never been there before and was very happy. The only reason they don’t get a 5 is because one of the other stylists allowed her customer to not wear a mask. I thought that was wrong and when I return, I will make it clear that I won’t be in there unless EVERYONE wears a mask.

I was pleasantly surprised at the great cuts we received from Esther and saved 50% of what I usually pay. Went in for a trim. Showed a picture no what I wanted. Had hair past my shoulders (am a male) show her a picture of Bradly Cooper with long hair and imediatily said no problem. Pointed to my neck and ask is this the length you want I said yes that’s perfect next thing I know it’s to my ears… I did not ask for that my hair is now way shorter than I wanted. She cut my hair how she wanted not how I asked her too.

I personally don’t like to post bad reviews. I have gone to this place to do my eyebrows a few times in the past though this time was horrible. I went in and I was not welcomed in the 3 women that work there were having a conversation that seemed buged as soon as i walked in they just starred at me “like what do you want” look. Didn’t ask what i needed and when finally i said something she starred at me for 5 secs and told me to sit in an awkward position. She criticized my eyebrows and then while doing my eyebrows she was having a conversation with the other women. When she finally finished. I looked at my eyebrows and wasn’t pleased so i told her they looked uneven but she kept justifying herself by saying she didn’t mess with my shape and only cleaned it up didn’t care to fix it. And i kept telling her. But i wasn’t going to argue with her so i just payed her and left . Yes they might probably treat their usual customers well but thats wrong to treat others that way.. I wouldn’t Recommend anyone new here
