This has been my go to place for years. I came to OU for grad school in 2010 and met Larry. I moved away for a while and returned to the area (Marietta) in 2018. I drive over for a haircut whenever I need sorted out. These guys are the kind that don’t need to be told twice how you want it. They remember ypu, take care of you, and leaving you feeling better all around. Good guys, good company and great with young dudes who need to be hooked up. Plus they watch good movies and have an extensive knowledge about Seinfeld. 100% reccomend.

Don Vermillion is a great barber, starting at age 19, and a knowledgeable conversationalist. He has been at this same shop and location since the 1960’s. He gave my son his first professional cut when he was 4 years old. He did it again yesterday at age 28. The Barbershop is very nostalgic with the pictures and signs hanging on the walls to being a cash only business. Love it!!!

Asked for a fade and the barber wasn’t familiar with that style cut. So instead asked for a Caesar, which was the cut performed. However upon inspection upon return home I noticed that the lines where not straight. Prices where very reasonable I was charge $12 and the barber was friendly. Haircut

I didnt have an appointment. I showed up at 430pm (they close at 5pm) with my kiddo who was ready to get his mullet reshaped. Had him at great clips 2weeks before and their “mullet” was just… well not a mullet! The guys at the plaza barber shop took care of him and kept him laughing. They definitely made him feel comfortable and made shaped his mullet the correct way!

Absolutely butchered my hair. Asked for an undercut and it just couldn’t be done, despite two employees trying it out. This is the only google review I have ever written, that’s how bad this is. Students, DO NOT use this place (if you must, request “Bear” as he seems somewhat capable). I have to wear a hat for the first few weeks of class now.
