We are an old school barbershop with modern day haircutting techniques. We specialize in regular scissor cuts and clipper cuts as well as Fades,Line Ups,and Beard Trims. We follow the State and Federal Guidelines to the strictest when it comes to COVID 19. Appointments are to be made to avoid crowding in the Barbershop. We welcome walk ins upon the availability of a barber.We are 4 generations strong in the town of Morristown and celebrating 93 yrs in business.

Had the absolute pleasure of receiving a cut from Gerry. From the very beginning I knew I’d like this place because it was welcoming and everyone seemed very friendly, then I sat on the chair after a very short wait and I let Gerry do his magic. I wanted to share my experience for anyone who was curious.Booking: You DO need an appointment right now. Just give them a call, making an appointment is quite easy.Entry: I was asked to fill out a COVID safety checklist, and was temperature checked when entering. Hand sanitizer was used by all. There are barriers set up between chairs for added protection. Additional time between appointments has been allocated for cleaning. Everyone inside the building wore masks as expected.Haircut: The haircut was fairly normal pandemic-wise. The barber wore gloves as well. When the barber had to cut near my mask straps, I lifted the straps, but held my mask on for safety so the barber could do his job.Payment: Plaza Barber Shop is Cash-only so just remember this.Positive Takeaways: I really felt safe during my haircut today. The guys did a great job as always and took a lot of time to ensure everything was clean. I would have no issue going back.Constructive Criticism: They only accept cash-payments, mainly because there is no computer in the shop. While I personally have no issue handling cash, especially because of the excellent cleanliness measures implemented at the shop, I know some people might not feel comfortable with this. If there was some alternative electronic payment system like Paypal, Venmo, Zelle, or Stripe (all computer-free), it would be great in a time like this to further reduce contact. It’s also a bit more convenient :pFinal comments: Anyone in need of a haircut would be well served here. The crew offers excellent service and most importantly, takes cleaning measures very seriously.
