Critical: ProfessionalismI called for an appointment and they refused to cut my hair. The man on the phone laughed and said said they “don’t cut women’s hair” when I informed him that I have a shaved head and would just need a neck trim and a fade out. Apparently we have different hair than the “men and boys” he said they serve.
