I usually don’t leave reviews, but just had the worst experience. Talk about bad customer service! I called for an appointment for my son’s hair cut and the said they had an appointment for the same day at 1:30. I got there for the appointment 5 minutes early for them to tell me they didn’t have him down for an appointment today. They told me I called the wrong place very rudely I might add. After a ten minute debate, I left and checked my call history in the car. I called the number back and watched them answer so I walked back in and asked one more time. They some how magically found his appointment right away, but said the could only do it if I was a really quick haircut because they have other appointments. I asked about the quick trim my son wanted and they said it was too long and to reshedule. I ended up leaving and went to Hatboro Barber shop and got a much better experience.

Today will be the absolute last time I come to your shop. I threw away $50 bucks for a beard trim and buzz that was literally half done. My beard is a wreck. One side of my face is an inch lower than the other, and the dude missed half my head. Not to mention I was in the chair for ALMOST 2 Hours.

Critical: QualityI came in and explained that I’ve been growing out the hair on my sides and top of my head and went into a lot of detail explaining how I didn’t want my sides shortened but more fixed up and and blended into the part in my hair I was growing out because of the confused look on the barbers face. The barber nodded to me and said back to me what I had said as he understood and continued to botch my hair , the top of my head was uneven and I did contact the owner on the matter and he offered me a free haircut but I don’t know if I could put my trust in this business again. GQ BARBERSHOP DID A WONDERFUL JOB FIXING ME UP on the bright side! I went in and discovered I was accidentally over booked for someone. The staff continuously reassured me that it wouldn’t happen again and that I would get my haircut still! Brooke gave me an amazing haircut and made me feel right at home while I waited! Will definitely be coming back!
