I really needed a haircut and walked in around 5:25, and a gentleman said, “I’m sorry boss, we’re closed!” The hours posted on the outside said they were open until 6. I can appreciate perhaps that you want to call it a day early, but not when you are in business, and you have a customer show up at your door well before your posted open hours.

Critical: QualityMy first time I went in just to get a trim and line up. I was satisfied with the results and the barber was professional. I go in for another haircut two weeks later with same barber (kevin) . I asked and explained in detail how I wanted my haircut, a low fade with a line up. During my haircut I noticed I was given a high fade with a very high side not even faded in. It looked like a mohawk..no where near a low fade..after explaining how I wanted my haircut. The barber showed me some pictures on what “he” wanted to do on this style..not what the customer myself said. I was professional about it and calm. In the end I shaved all of my hair at my home because on how bad it was, I wasn’t charged for it even if I was going to get charged I would not pay for something I didn’t want or satisfied….
