Alex has been doing my haircuts, color, pedicures and brows for the last 6 months. She does such an amazing job each time. I won’t be going to any other stylist she is also amazing with kids cuts very kind and listens to me and gives me advice at every appointment. The salon is also very clean an has a very nice aesthetic I look forward to each visit.

I got my hair done today for the first time with Melissa. She was amazing helping me pick out a beautiful color and matching to hair extensions! I love my hair and she has gained a lifelong new client! Honestly I was going somewhere else for 20 years and I didn’t realize what I was missing. What an awful experience. I went in to get my haircut and the stylist cut my hair dry, I could just hear my hair breaking as she cut it. When she was done, i told her it didn’t look good and that the layers looked chunky. She told me she thought it was just because she hadn’t washed my hair yet and that we would look again after she washed my hair. She then took me back to wash and deep condition my hair. The stations they have do not have any sort of neck pillow so your neck is directly on the ceramic sink and it hurts so bad. After washing she takes me back to the chair to dry and style my hair. After she dried it, my hair looked just as terrible as it was before. I was on the verge of tears and she just said that it looked fine to her. I asked for her opinion on several products to use on my hair and tools to style my hair and she was not able to provide any insight. Additionally i asked her what could help with a specific issue with my hair, she said she wasn’t sure and that she would go ask the owner. The owner would not even take the time to come look at my hair and instead just provided advice that was not applicable to my situation. Overall, it was a horrible experience. I left embarrassed to let anyone see my hair and out $75. I decided to give it a couple of days to see if it would grow on me, but it didn’t. Every day I hated it more than the day before, it looks like Dora the Explorer mixed with a mullet. I called to see if I could come back and have someone else look at it, but they didn’t answer the phone and never responded to the voicemail that I left them. Very disappointed.

Mikala was phenomenal! I got a pedicure and a deep conditioning done, she was very thoughtful and continuously checked to see if I needed anything while there. I would definitely recommend her and will be going back very soon! Shampoo & conditioning, Pedicure, Haircut

Got my haircut by Makyla for the first time since February. I’ve been so worried about getting my hair cut again after a bad experience elsewhere and she hit a home run with my hair! I’m so happy with it! I have scheduled a color with her for later this month too! Now I’m worry free and can get back to getting my usual bi-monthly trims!

Was happy with the friendliness of the employees but not the service. We booked two pedicures and a full set of acrylics. The pedicures went fine but my daughter had sharp edges on her toenails when we got home and the balls of my feet weren’t done properly with the pumice sponge. I have flaps of skin that have a raw underside because they are catching on stuff when I walk.

I’ve been to see Mikila now for about a year and I don’t want anyone else to cut my hair. She is very meticulous and won’t let me leave until I’m 100% satisfied. Won’t go anywhere else and I’m Ex Military so I want it perfect. Thank you for cutting my hair every week I can be a pain sometimes but it’s so worth it when I come see you!!!!

Melissa is an actual hair magician. Every time I go to her I leave feeling like a new person. I don’t even have to tell her what I want she just knows because she’s so skilled in this field. Conveniently located right across from West Valley Medical Center. It’s a house converted into a Salon. Very nice, clean and homey atmosphere! Mikala cut my hair after not having a haircut in over a year. She did an excellent job! Will definitely be my GoTo from now on. They do Cut, Color, Extensions, Hair Treatments, Manicures, Pedicures, Eyebrow Waxing, Lamination & Tint.. basically they do it all in one convenient location.
