Okay so Amanda is the Best! And I mean it. She does wonders to my hair and listens to what I would like to have my hair done. I came to her from a friend referral and omg Amanda, u are going to be my hair stylist until I am old and rocking bright blue hair. She even helped me for my look for the ren faire and I’m in love. I went to this place for a year and I never had a problem until recently, but I truly loved this place. I was blonde and was coming back to bleach my out grown roots. I showed my stylist a picture of myself with fully bleached hair. In the end the girl only gave me highlights and charged me for a full foil dye! I didn’t have the heart to tell her this was not what I wanted. Later that day my sister came in and had a horrible experience! This was her first time there and was just wanting a haircut. As she was getting her hair cut my sister was asking if the stylist could cut it a little shorter but in response the stylist was rude and huffed after the first time my sister asked. To both of us we wish we had better service.

I had the best experience at Platinum ! Cathy did my Brazilian Wax and Vajacial she is super sweet ! She makes conversations and makes you feel so welcomed ! It wasn’t as bad as I thought pain was 4/10 she removed my painful in grown hairs and I couldn’t thank her enough ! Skin treatments, Brazilian waxing

Highly recommend!!! I got married October 2018, and I had myself and my entire wedding party get their hair and makeup done. The staff was very friendly and was very easy to work with. They were very personable and were willing to do any style you asked. All of the girls that got services from them were pleased with how everything turned out.
