Just a hint. Never allow anyone to cut your hair when they’re angry at thier working place. She talked and CUT so fast telling me the issues. I left looking like a man. She cut most of my hair off! Made the back look just like a mans hair cut and cut the front so short that everyone is asking me who did this to me. Telling me to report her. I’ll never go back. It’s my understanding that she wont either! Nir her wife. I took pics in for a womans hair cut. Also, thier washing bowls are aweful! A cold bar hurts your neck as your getting a wash. No towel to soften it, just h hard cold bar. Never again!

My normal stylist had the rest of the week off and I was kind of nervous about the change up, but my new stylist did a fantastic job! She asked several questions to make sure she would cut my hair like my normal stylist and it is exactly like I wanted it!!! The staff is always super friendly and they’re prices are very reasonable!!!

Very friendly and i leave feeling great with my cut. My grandson also comes here. My stylist, Rachel always spends time with me prior to my cut/color to ask how I got along with my previous cut and color. I am able to show pictures of what I am thinking and I trust her when she says “the person in the picture has thicker hair than you” what if we adapt it”. Considering I followed Rachel from another salon says I trust her completely. I have never left thinking “what did I just have done”!!!! My grandson who is 7 loves coming to see Rachel for his cut. Rachel always say my job is to make sure you leave feeling great about YOU! She always does that for me. Unfortunately, I have had ever hair catastrophe known to women prior to Rachel…..Needless to say, I will follow her wherever she goes. Thankful Platinum Salon is where she is tho.
