What a great place! I wanted a last minute bleach and color, because if I didn’t I would back out of doing it, and they where able to get me in on a Friday night! Stephanie did a great job and helped the 4 hours go by with good conversation. I always feel bad for whoever I go to because I have SO much hair, making it always a long process. The results are amazing and I’m so happy she was able to squeeze me in.

Neena always does an absolutely amazing job with my baby’s hair. My daughter doesn’t let ANYONE except neena touch it . Her patience customer service, her skills and dedication shows through what she does. She’s also very reasonably priced and makes my daughter feel very at ease. There is truely no one better❤️❤️❤️

I go in for Box braids from Nina and she is Awesome! She installs them securely but not “tight.” She also has a lot of great advice on how to manage natural afro hair. 100% worth the 35 minute drive from Wausau.

I went there for my first time and had Liz who was very nice. I came in to get blonde highlights and walked out with yellow high lights instead. I called Liz and asked her for advice and she said purple shampoo. I tried the purple shampoo and got suggested a toner to lighten the yellow as well. After trying both, my roots turned orangish yellow instead. I came back a week later for Liz to fix them and instead she just added more blonde highlights making the orange look even more noticeable. I am now back once again trying to fix my horrible orangeish yellow hair color but instead having Nina help me rather than Liz who is one of the owners by the way. Nina suggested to put another different toner in my hair to try and get my natural roots back. After the toner was rinsed out it was too dark for my liking so she offered to put highlights in so I continued to ask if they were going to turn yellow which is how this all started and she continued to say no. So here I was at the beauty salon for about 4 hours trying to fix my hair and end up walking out with the same yellow hair. And oh did I tell you I had to PAY to fix their mistakes TWICE? To say the least, the only thing they are good for is washing your hair and I’m surprised they could do that at this point. Hope this helped guide you to a better salon! 🙂
