Everyone is very professional! I am always so happy with my hair after going here! Emma at the salon has been cutting my hair for 4 years now and I will never go to anyone else. She does everything in my hair between coloring, cutting & even installing my clip in extensions. I’ve gone from dark brown hair to platinum blonde & even fun colors in between always done by emma! Critical: QualityThis was probably my mistake all along… But I was in the area and I had some time. I needed a hair cut bad!!I had No apt. I was a walk in, And to my surprise they said they could take me in. A young lady said she’ll do it but can’t blow dry it. I was okay with that. She was very nice, professional and all. However, when I got home and did my hair I noticed my hair cut is completely off. Way too short and the layers don’t blended. One side is longer then the other, my face frame Angles are not even. Etc….My hair was long( it wasn’t cut for over a year) now is up just below my shoulder with Tiny itty bitty uneven layers….I wanted 2” off length with mid length layers… not what I got.Anyhow, the reason for this review is not to put the hair dresser down. I’m sure she will eventually become a wonderful hair dresser but she needs to be giving more training on hair cutting techniques. In addition, please warn new clients beforehand on the fact that you are placing them with a Jr hairstylist and have the client make that decision to get the service done. Because, the quality of work on my head right now is not worth $40….I’m sorry!!! I could have gone to lemon tree and got what I got for like $15 ‍♀️And no it can’t really be fixed without going even shorter. Which I don’t want…. This was probably my mistake all along… But I was in the area and I had some time. I needed a hair cut bad!!I had No apt. I was a walk in, And to my surprise they said they could take me in. A young lady said she’ll do it but can’t blow dry it. I was okay with that. She was very nice, professional and all. However, when I got home and did my hair I noticed my hair cut is completely off. Way too short and the layers don’t blended. One side is longer then the other, my face frame Angles are not even.
