Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went inside today to get a haircut and an undercut. When I walked in I asked for a hair cut, the lady told me “you’re gonna have to wait” I though wow that’s rude. Once I sat down a man came in and they directed him straight to a chair. I was confused.. but once I sat in my own chair and took my hair Down the lady said to me “I don’t know how to cut you guy’s hair” (because I’m black) but the crazy part is I have curly biracial hair. I can’t believe she just sent me out like that. Very unprofessional and rude, other people have said the same thing (in a much nicer way and in more words) and still did an amazing job.
