At this point if I could give 0 I would! I had a credit to use sense I was denied my refund due to my lashes falling off like snow flakes. I had an appointment set with Alicia and two days before was notified she was canceling it!

Refuses to refund folks when services are not what they should be! Promise store credit then denies use of store credit and makes up excuses! Unless your spending hundreds they don’t care! Alicia the owner is two faced and only cares for the money and refuses to refund when something is wrong!

Each visit w/ my master stylist Andrea is something I always look forward to. She always makes me feel comfortable in the chair and always gives me an honest opinion on the healthiest hair style choices I make. For someone who really isn’t a fan of hair trims, I only trust her to touch my hair. The suggestions and knowledge she has to also maintain the healthy hair I want also is something I never had at any other salon. I’ve been with her for over 5 years and her large client following speaks for itself. Everyone at Platinum is awesome and I recommend everyone to schedule with them.

I came into this salon for a partial body waxing and the woman there was incredibly rude. Every few minutes she would stop and say “Hmmm.” as if she was questioning the work she was doing. Half way through I look down to see that she had been glueing hair onto my legs instead of waxing. I was hairier than when I came in! I asked her what the heck she thought she was doing and she said that she thought it was wrong for a man to have hairless legs. Very rude! Some of the hair seemed to be swept up head hair from previous customers so it didn’t even match my own hair. Very disappointed. Also she didn’t offer me a drink or anything and the only thing to read was a bible, but a lot of the pages were stuck together.

The vibe was awesome, great music playing and the ladies were all welcoming. Becky is amazing and always does my hair exactly how I like! I have very thick hair and she always manages to layer it the right way and work her magic to thin it out a bit so its not so bulky and thick. My hair color is always done right and exactly how I like. I trust her and love her input and her expertise. The vibe was awesome, great music playing and the ladies were all welcoming. Becky is amazing and always does my hair exactly how I like! I have very thick hair and she always manages to layer it the right way and work her magic to thin it out a bit so its not so bulky and thick.
