I called ahead to see if there was availability and I was lucky enough to be fit right in to get my hair cut! I loved chatting with the ladies and my hair turned out AMAZING! I highly recommend a visit here if you are looking for a fantastic cut and fantastic people. The atmosphere is welcoming and it is super easy to find with parking! 10/10 highly recommend!

Wouldn’t bring a dog here. That woman butchered my hair. I had hair below my shoulders before I went in and left without 2 inches on the top of my head! She needs her license revoked.

This was my first time Platinum Salon. The salon is located at118 Migeon avenue and is one of the many beautiful old home in that area. The hair stylist was quite engaging and very professional. Horrible experience TWICE! The first time I went to the salon I spent over four hours there For a cut and hair dye, while the girl who I had an appointment with worked on two other clients at the same time. I called to voice a complaint regarding this and was told that I had a $25 credit so they could get my business again. I figured I would give them a second chance, because everyone deserves one, right, WRONG! Well, I am wildly sad to say that I had my second appointment recently and sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes before anybody from the salon greeted me. It took another client walking in before they even noticed me. While I understand they had an emergency that day and I am sympathetic to this. I sat for an hour and five minutes before being called in after having to rearrange my schedule with my son to come in earlier to accommodate the hairstylist who didn’t even tell me that she was running beyond an hour late. I then saw a different stylist and was WAY overcharged for the services, not given the $25 credit and hate to say it but my hair line looks horrible. I have never experienced worse customer service in my life and the owner of the salon should be ashamed of the way she handled the whole situation. Save yourself and don’t go there if you want to have relaxing, enjoyable and worth your money time.

This is the best salon! I live 3 miles from Newbury Street in Boston, the area with the best salons in the world, and I drive to this salon to get my hair done. I get modern Newbury Street service, cut, color and products for half the price! LOVE this salon!!!! The hairdressers stay up to date with the latest cuts and techniques. Haircut, Hairstyling

I had to give a 1 star to be able to review, really should be 0. Warning to anyone she hires to do work for her. There’s a very good chance you won’t get paid. She’ll tell you she will pay for work but you’ll never see it. Our company did snow plowing for her business. Supposedly she was happy with the service. We’ve had to hire a collection agency to try to get what is owed us. It’s been around 2 years, still no payment. If you get a call to do work for her….run fast. Caution to fellow landscape businesses.
