Platinum Nails Spa Ashburn is a nail salon & spa at 20020 Ashbrook Commons Plaza #112, Ashburn, VA 20147 (Only) Our mission is simple – to provide an ultra-hygienic Nails and Waxing lounge in a serene environment. We provide each client with a new disposable emery board, buffer, and pumice stone during their manicure and pedicure services. These are one-time-use tools, which will be discarded after each service unless the client opts to take these items home. In addition, We implement a three-step sterilization process to sterilize all metal clippers, pushers, and nippers. We sterilization process is done through an autoclave, which is typically used in dental and medical offices for the cleaning and sterilization of surgical tools.

When we got there, immediately we were checked in and picked out our colors for pedicures. The pedicure looks amazing and they did not clip too short. Got a foot scrub and then onto the nails. I got acrylic nails and they turned out amazing. I was afraid after reading the reviews that the nails would be too thick, but they’re not. Maybe that was only for gel, I’ll have to see next time. During the visit, we got water flavored with orange and grapes. It was a nice snack.

I love this place. I’ve been coming here a little over a year now for pedicures and manicures, and I’ve seen several different technicians. Everyone is incredibly friendly and they all do great work – my favorite experiences have been with Amy and Holly. The decor is aesthetically pleasing and the drinks/snacks are a nice touch too. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing experience and gorgeous nails. 5 stars every time!

This was by far one of the best nail salons I have used, the service was phenomenal and not rushed at all. The massage felt like it lasted forever which is the best part and the lady who tended to me went as far as putting my socks and shoes on my feet. The waxing was done to perfection and overall worth every dollar spent. Pricing was very affordable with a 5 star service!!!!!!! Will be returning!

I made an appointment for an acrylic removal and gel manicure. The nail tech Ava gave me an attitude the second I walked into the door. I asked her before we started that I’ve had bad experiences with nail techs and they’ve cut my skin before. She said she knew what she was doing. I asked her not to file it down as much that it hurts and she said if I’m so sensitive I shouldn’t get them done in the first place. When she started working on my nails, she was abrasive with cutting them. Then rushed every second of the process to the point where she was throwing my fingers all over the place. I told her to stop and be more careful with my nails. She started again. With the same attitude and abrasive mannerisms. I told her to be more careful because I will get me skin nicked. She stared at me into the eyes and walked away, came back and said another tech would help me. I had no issues with the second tech, Tim. He was far more experienced in dealing with someone’s nails. the funny thing is, she seemed to be happy doing another woman’s nails who was white. She clearly doesn’t know how to deal with nail clients and doesn’t belong in a nail salon. The two stars are for Tim. Ava is a horrible tech and deserved 0.
