I had been somewhat dissatisfied with the service at my last nail salon for a while. I needed to take some boxes to The UPS Store and looked up the name of the salon in that plaza. I saw that Platinum Nails had really good reviews, so I thought I would give it a try. Kelly was very accommodating of the appointment time I requested. The Deluxe Pedicure was unlike any I had before…so much more time spent and so many more steps (scrub, lotion, mask, paraffin). She was sweet as can be and I am more relaxed that I have been in a long time, lol. This is “my” spa from now on!!!! Thanks, Kelly!!!

The place smells like dog feces inside. I don’t know if it the rug up front or they have a dog and don’t clean up after him properly. The lady up front lied about having a client with a scheduled appointment because the only service I needed was a nail repair. There was absolutely no customer in the shop and no customer showed up. She said it was going to take a long time to repair one nail. It was evident she didn’t want my business. I was only visiting the city. I would not advice any new comers to come here. If you do WEAR a mask, it stinks inside!!!

Love this place! Don’t expect more people in the back when you walk in. there’s only two nail tech’s and they own the business! I’ve been going for over 10 years! Nice and clean. They are just busy! so try to make an appointment. can’t just walk in anymore. French manicures, Manicure, Nail art, Callus removal, Hand & foot massages, Nail repair, Pedicure, Kids’ manicures

I went with my sister for a basic pedicure and we had a great experience. The owners are super nice and really took their time. I’ve been to a lot of salons that feel like they are trying to rush you in and out as quick as possible, that is not the case here at all. My polish is flawless and I can’t wait to go back again.

I’ve been going to Platnium Nails since I moved to Destin about 9 years ago. I absolutely love the staff and am always, always satisfied with my nails! I will never go to another salon and always recommend them to anyone who inquires about a nail salon. They do take walk-ins, but appointments are best. You won’t be disappointed!
