This place is absolutely unprofessional and they do NOT do quality work! Also….they DO NOT honor their gift certificates even when THEY messed up the dates on them! Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI came in to get my nails done and after 10 minutes of waiting which I didn’t mind they came out and began my nails. The man paid no attention to what he was doing and knicked me several times and continues to not pay attention and laugh at his coworkers… the shape is poor, the acrylic has bubbles everywhere and the design I asked for is absolutely rushed. I came in to get my nails done and after 10 minutes of waiting which I didn’t mind they came out and began my nails. The man paid no attention to what he was doing and knicked me several times and continues to not pay attention and laugh at his coworkers… the shape is poor, the acrylic has bubbles everywhere and the design I asked for is absolutely rushed. My first experience here was great. The staff was nice, and my friend and I got dip powder nails. The price was $40. One of my friend’s nails had a hair in the polish, but since we didn’t notice right away we didn’t complain. The next time I went with my friend the staff recognized us and said “welcome back”. We got the exact same service done but this time they charged me $45. This time there was a hair or fuzz in one of my nails! The dip powder was also filed too thin on three of my nails. In general, I felt that the second visit was rushed and neither of us liked our nails near as much as the first time. My friend went for a third time by herself and said they used the wrong color and made her fingers bleed. She sent me a picture and I agree they didn’t look great. So it seems that with each visit our satisfaction lessened, and we will not be back. Would not recommend.

My girl hollie is amazing. I only have her work on my nails. Even at their busiest I’ve only waited maybe 35 min. Wish I would have been going to platinum from jump but going there for 9 months now ..And their pedicures are great as well.
