Walking into the establishment is lovely. Everything is well kept and beautifully decorated! I have gotten my nails done here multiple times and always leave extremely happy and receive compliments from anyone I come into contact with. People cant stop telling me how good my nails look! Its took me 2 hours but its worth it . And the price is fair !! Great good and great place. Critical: Quality, ValueI was there yesterday for the first time & was willing to give them a try & I will admit the atmosphere was pleasant, welcoming & clean. However the girl that took care of me was very pleasant & great conversation however the work was not appealing. When spending money I rather the person say what they are comfortable doing/ not doing. My entire pedicure was questionable & I got the color white & when I woke up this morning they were ruined. Which is surprising because after being there for over 3 hours how were they not dry? My nails were just a nightmare I tried the gel extension which I thought would be a great idea & there was no care for my nail as in manicure before proceeding to put the extension on. After she finished the gel polish she used was clumped under the nail which was visible through the nail which was not appealing when you want neat & clean work. My companion also wanted a manicure that couldn’t even get done because there was no one to assist that would get us done at or around the same time. Timing is everything & basically I spent $150 just to be at another nail salon this morning due to my birthday being Thursday so it’s a necessity. I will definitely not be returning & at this point only thing that would make me pleased is refund of my services. I was there yesterday for the first time & was willing to give them a try & I will admit the atmosphere was pleasant, welcoming & clean. However the girl that took care of me was very pleasant & great conversation however the work was not appealing. I had an appt and that was not professional at all the woman also had an attitude this is an overall nasty environment that I won’t be going back too nor do I suggest it to anyone the prices are so over priced for the quality of their work. It looks like these are all students on their first day on the job. Maybe if this salon had better quality work I wouldn’t mind going in, waiting and taking attitude from kids.
