I was super excited for my appt this past Saturday. I was told to wait 24 hours after application before wetting the lashes. The very next day before bed, I went to wash my face. Immediately, it’s uncomfortable. Lashes were stiff and poking me; imagine a needle sensation on your upper eyelids. I emailed them right away, but they were closed on Monday. Tuesday morning, I call and schedule an appointment for removal. I saw their card and said free removal. I attached the picture. Well, Leslie helped me remove them, and she was a sweetheart and not the person who originally did my lashes. My lashes were turning in and way too close to my skin. There was no dimension. I understand that people make mistakes. What I don’t understand is how the front desk Michele handled it. She said, “removal is $30 but bc of your experience I won’t charge you.” When the card states, free removal. I even asked if someone else could do my lashes in the future for free, and she said no, just a discount. I paid $99 plus tip to wear painful lashes for 3 days.

The ladies are okay, had 2 sets done here. Both single lash classic style first one was VERY classic, one lash per hair. Loved it when I walked out… the set didn’t last longer than 5 days. Had a “refill” for 2 -3 weeks out, got a brand new set at this point becausw all previous lashes were gone, they too look amazing, but for only 3 days. Lashes feel out left and right, luckily for the most part not taking my real lash. I’ve been getting lashes for 4 years and this place is the least lasting. If you are getting them done for just one day great, any longer I wouldn’t count on it

Very disappointed, I called about five times no answer, so I emailed to make an appointment and nobody ever called me back. I’ve only used their services once before . I waited 2 days and said , “forget it.” Good thing because I found a great place in Covina, Mimi Beauty. They helped me right away and I even told a few friends about this place. We all love it.

I love this place so much. I was referred by my coworker and I have been a customer for a little under a year. I very highly recommend them to anyone. People are constantly asking if my lashes are real and are complimenting them. Probably the best beauty decision I have ever made. The staff, decor, and owners are amazing. Every thing is completely customizable to what you want. Amazing attention to detail from the staff. I can go on for days about them. Stop wondering and give them a try! It is best to make a appointment, they are popular!

The entire staff are all wonderful. They keep detailed notes so no matter who works on you, your eyelashes come out the way you want them, or if you want to change it up. There is no second guessing by them or trying to remember how you had them done for a party or what have you.
