Overall Rachelle did a great job trimming my dead ends and waxing my eyebrows. However, I told her and showed her how I wanted my bangs and I feel she just glanced at the photo I showed her because she cut my bangs way too short and the way she left them did not look like the photo of how I wanted them. PSA: the “straightening treatment” is NOT a straightening treatment!!! It is a “smoothing treatment” that literally does nothing for your hair. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I spent a lot of money on this and it did absolutely NOTHING. My hair is still frizzy and curly. When I went back to show her it didn’t work and to get it redone, she told me there was nothing she could do because it’s straight when I blow dry my hair and it’s “pretty when I do that” so “it worked”. I could not have been more clear about wanting a permanent straightening treatment. We discussed it during the phone consult and in the salon consult before the treatment was done. I could have blow dried my hair straight before the treatment instead of wasting $235 and 4 hours of my time. So frustrated. Tasha took advantage of a situation, flat out lied and changed her story after it didn’t work. Would not recommend to ANYONE. Take your money and time somewhere else!!
