I called to book an appointment. Complimentary, rude and disorganized. When I explained that I was disabled and would have to walk she suddenly couldn’t tell me anything about booking an appointment. I heard a stylist declare in harsh tones that she didn’t want me. Stand in solidarity with disabled people and avoid this place.
