I felt like I was overcharged. Originally booked for bayalage but ended up getting highlights only in the front of my hair which did come out nice with the exception of a huge thick blonde streak I had to later correct myself. Paid over $200 for partial highlights. Nice place overall & staff was friendly but wouldn’t go back for a 2nd appointment.

(Since they want to hide and delete my review, here it is again) Honestly I used to love this place!!!! It is super close to home and every time I came in everyone was nice!!! They even did my wedding hair! But recently I have no idea what happened! I wanted silver hair! I was already blonde and pretty light to get what I desired! I came in on Tuesday and that was my biggest mistake. I showed the hair stylist what I wanted and I ended up walking out with BROWN HAIR NOT SILVER!!!! Literally all my hard work for light hair was gone! So I told them I want them to fix it! They said they would do a cleanse on my hair to get the color out, but lied because they ended up doing a shampoo bleach. Which made my hair YELLOW and so BRASSY!!! It was way worse then when I first came in!! I was mortified!! They all were trying to figure out what to do with my hair! Like no one knew what to do and that was a bad sign! Second no one apologized and said I’m sorry we messed up your hair and we will refund you and fix your hair! No one said that. My hair stylist is the only one who didn’t want me to go home without refunding me.The owner totally didn’t want to give me a refund! I literally walked out with damaged hair that was yellow and brassy! When I originally came in with healthy light blonde hair. My hair is a mess and now I have to find someone who can fix it for an affordable price without totally wrecking it with bleach to get to where I was. I am so angry and so hurt that I was sent away with no apology and no effort to care to fix my hair. They just want to charge me to come in again so they can fix their mistake! I will never ever come back here!!!! Be warned! If you want silver hair go somewhere else and if you want stylists who know what to do when they mess up then do not go here!!!! If the owner would have simply apologized and do whatever it takes to fix my hair I wouldn’t be here with a bad review.

Went here to achieve a light light light blonde. Has been great getting just highlights until this most recent time, we decided to just do my roots since i was basically all over blonde. I don’t know what Tawny did to my hair but it is bright yellow/orange. Whereas before it was platinum just the way I like it. Tawny was 100% aware of what I wanted.
