I wanted short hair for the summer. I showed her a few pictures of short curly hair styles that I liked, and she gave me exactly what I wanted. I love my new hair.Service: Haircut

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI had an appointment with Heather at 5 o’clock. I arrived on time and she told me she was running 40 minutes behind and she “meant to call me”. Being a mother to a 6 month old I don’t have time to wait around so a phone call would have been nice. Then she proceeds to tell me she will check with other stylists to see if they are available. Left me standing there for a good 5 minutes. Then comes back to tell me she just has to rinse out her color client and then do a consultation with me. 30 minutes later I am still waiting to be seen. As someone who is also in the hair industry I will say I know how to treat clients and that is not it. I will not be back. Very unprofessional.
