Made a call to get in for my sons haircut. Was told to come over and they would cut his hair and as soon as we got there which was 10 min early! He was told no. We can’t we a re going home. Wow. Just wow. Def will not be going there ever again. Wasted my gas and time for nothing. Poor Customer service.

If I could rate this experience a zero I would. To clarify this rating is for a particular barber. Eder thought it was professional of him to cancel at the last second. Yes literally walking in was the appointment canceled! Waste of my time and money. The drive was 30 minutes!! He could have had some decency to cancel at least an hour before. But he thought his time was more valuable than mine. At this rate Eder will be losing clients like flies. I will never recommend anyone to him. And I hope the owner takes this review into consideration as well.

Carlos at Platinum Fades took care of us after hours. Me and my friends were here from out of town and we didn’t walk in to start our hair until almost 8:30 and he did it haircuts with a great attitude I had a great experience. Would recommend Carlos if you are looking to get hooked up

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI called to set an appointment for a low fade and a guy told me to come in and ask for Alex. When I got there the guy was no where to be found. A different barber told me they can’t get ahold of him and maybe he forgot or something. I waited 15 mins after my appointment time and he still never showed up. Maybe because I’m a female, he thought it was waste of his time. I’ve been getting fades for years and wanted to try someplace new and I regret even going there. What a waste of time and super unprofessional. You want to get a great haircut. Come here to this location. But keep in mind they close at random. Sometimes two hours early. Which is inconvenient. They inconsistently take debit cards. So bring cash to be safe.
