My husband bought me the Platinum Day package as a birthday present and it was absolutely amazing. It ended up being a little over 5 hours total and included a 1 hour facial, 1 hour massage, 30 minutes reflexology, a sea salt body scrub, and a mani/pedi. The entire staff was completely professional and so sweet and friendly. It was the best spa experience I’ve ever had and I would highly recommend going there. It’s very affordable and a really great present for someone else or treat for yourself. I can’t wait to go back!

I got a gift certificate for the platinum day express and I had a wonderful time. Deeana, the nail technician had me in stitches, she was so funny and friendly. The spa is decorated in warm soothing colors and the staff was absolutely wonderful. I read a review which said the staff was rude and I’m thinking it must be a competitor because Everyone was so nice and friendly. When I left the spa I told the owner, I will be coming back frequently. I’ve been to a lot of snobby spas that make you feel like a peon but Platunum Day Spa made me feel like a princess. And the robes are soft warm and fuzzy. Really liked this spa and will definitely be returning. I’m buying my daughter a birthday gift to the spa.

I have been coming to Platinum Day Spa for 3 years now and 3 for 3 had a stellar experience getting my Platinum Express package.The massage by Melissa was awesome and as always,Deanna s facial and mani/pedicure on point! I highly recommend this place to all who want a friendly positive spa experience. Also immaculate with their cleaning practices.

I used to come here for waxing several years ago and decided to come back for a facial. It was A-MAZ-ING. I’ve been having trouble with my skin lately and with my wedding only a few weeks away, I was starting to worry! My esthetician went above and beyond to not only calm and treat my skin, she also helped me understand what I can do to manage it on my own. The receptionist was also incredibly friendly and accommodating. I can’t say enough good things about this spa. 🙂

I went in for a massage and mani/pedi (gel). The massage wasn’t the best. Didn’t really feel relaxed when I was done only moisturized. My mom and I both received a mani/pedi and were disappointed. My pedi chipped within a few days and my gel was cracked and chipped in a week. I didn’t receive a massage on my hands or feet and I paid $75. I understand I received a massage too but I’m paying for both separately so I should still receive a wash/lotion massage. The staff was friendly but I wouldn’t go back and pay that price for that kind of service.

The crew at Platinum is always on point! So very clean it’s a gem on the south shore! Mani/pedi/waxing and massages… great service, professional and the interior is lovely!!
