Very unprofessional. The tall light skin guy at the front is very rude and selfish. He needs to be fired! He always refuses walks-in which is not professional. He has no manner. He don’t value customers.He doesn’t care who’s waiting or who isn’t. It hurts when you think better of a place and later finds out they aren’t what u ever thought they were. It was my first ever experience and it was a terrible one. After I waited for an hour and decided to take my leave that was when the older guy on the right at the front ran after me and apologized and accepted to cut my son’s hair. His name is Frank. He’s the only nice person I can ever recommend to anyone. He also did my son hair very nicely , he loved it.

Very unprofessional. Disrespected my finacé. If you don’t accept walk-ins perhaps you should make that very clear. When entering a business the first person you see should at least have an education pertaining to human relationship skills, being the first boy my fiance encountered lacks just that you all should make some adjustments.
