Cassie did my highlight/low light and cut. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did a great job. I’m always nervous going to a new hair stylist, but she did great! Only recommendation I would make is for the stylists to have a really active Instagram. That’s usually how I see if the stylists do well and if I want to make an appointment. She had a lot of colored hair but not many pictures of her highlight work. Based off her good styling and haircuts, I rolled the dice and am glad I did.

Every time I go to Platinum and Co, I am never disappointed. It doesn’t matter which stylist you go to, they always do a fantastic job. Today, Nijah did my hair, and I absolutely love it. Came to Platinum & Co after being recommended by my wife & her friend. Showed up for a trim. First, the salon is just beautiful. Really clean & modern. My stylist (Megan) was great. Really helpful, giving good advice & product recommendations. She listened to what I wanted and I walked out pretty darn happy with my cut. I’m really excited to go back. Thanks 🙂

My stylist did a great job with the cut and color, but it burned a lot while bleaching. I mentioned it but they said it wasn’t light enough yet. Today I noticed a large scab on my scalp thats leaking pus and I’m going to the doctor about it.

I was able to get in for a haircut the day of and LOVED my stylist. Cassie was so professional, and sweet and she did SO GOOD on my cut, giving me exactly what I wanted. I have hairstylist trauma so she gave me hope and I would highly recommend her.

I’ve been getting my hair done since I was 12 years old and have never experienced anything like Platinum & Co. I’ve gotten color and cut done here several different times. Each time it’s cost me over $200 for hair that is not worth that. Their consultants refuse to tell you how much their services actually cost during your appointment and any extra deep conditioning during coloring “costs extra”. Every time I’ve gotten a haircut they over-thin and do not cut your hair for growth even after asking for it. In two weeks my hair lays horribly and doesn’t look like I got it done. They also pressure you to do extensions every chance they get. Their color also does not last I’ve had it all wash out just 2 days after my appointment. They’re also sloppy with their color application and have ruined one of my favorite shirts. They also DO NOT know how to style curly hair or bangs. Overall it’s not worth the money don’t go here.

I had an appointment with Amaryca yesterday. I didn’t know what to expect, but she blew me out of the water, with her taking the time to talk over what I would like to do with my hair. Showed up for a color correction for my daughter at 9am. When we got there Whitney said she didn’t have time to do her hair how we were wanting (we were wanting her to have natural color back from blonde) due to her being booked back to back. My daughter starts middle school in two days and I scheduled this appointment almost a month out and they weren’t able to get her scheduled before school starts disappointed in this company especially after telling them over the phone what was needed to be done.
