If you are looking for a New Pleasant Dermatologist, & Good Medical Experience do not step foot in this office. Yesterday, I brought my 18yr old daughter for office visit. I first encountered the nasty, unprofessional receptionist, who was asking me to social distance from my daughter and threw me out of the office. Yes she stood up and told me that I needed to leave and could not sit next to her while she filled out the new patient consult forms. When I answered that she forgot her wallet and I was helping her by supplying information. She stood up raised her voice threatening to call the Manager Lina, who came over and asked us both to leave. Also yelling, once i spoke up to her she said this is the policy you need to leave. While the waiting area had 2 other people and was approximately 800 sq. ft. I left and my daughter was so upset, she waited 45 min. punishment time. She saw the Doctor’s assistant at 3:45 for a 2:45 appointment that we arrived early for. She felt, since I expressed my frustration aloud they extended her wait time. The Doctor’s assistant prescribed a topical antibiotic, used in the early 90s when I was in High school, w/ a steroid cream for cystic acne. Not a 21st C. treatment or medical wonder. Not worth anyones time to visit this practice. I am so disappointed that I called to let them know how upsetting our experience was and left a message for the Doctor. and I was scolded multiple times by threatening Lina the office Manager. I spoke back and mentioned that this policy should have been disclosed at the time that I made the appointment.
