I would give this location 5 stars but there are a few issues. Mainly, the female employees at this location are helpful but not friendly. I’ve been coming to this location for eight months. I upgraded my plan twice as I felt the nicer beds were worth the price. I came in today and picked my normal bed. It turns out, my upgrade had expired. How did this happen? One would assume that I would be a super easy upsale! I’m 95% sure I would’ve upgraded. Did the gal ask me if I wanted to upgrade today? The answer is a mind-boggling, NO! Unbelievable!!! I will be emailing my non-renewal today. Planet Tan, you just lost a customer!

I have bee to Planet Tan two times in the past month to get the Mystic Tan. Both times the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. I’m bad w names but I believe my first visit, a young guy named Robert helped me and on my next visit, a very friendly, cheerful and helpful young lady named Christi or Krystina waited on me. From the time I entered the doors until I left, the employees were awesome. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Maddison the manager was very rude to me when I came in to see about a membership! Never will return and won’t recommend to any one. When I walked in the boss and another girl were gossiping about other employees and the customers. Constantly making fun of customers walking in the door. Only way to fix this store is to get rid of the kid in charge.

I recently moved to the area from Colorado and was looking for a new place to tan. I walked in behind another customer and not even a smile from the lady behind the counter. When I told her I was new and asked if they had any specials and how much a spray tan was, she proceeded to try and sell packages instead of just answer my questions. Then the phone rang and she answered the phone explained everything to the person on the phone and then without even apologizing for untrusting customer service with me she was like you heard what i told them. So I asked her again if there where any new customer specials and how much one spray tan was. Once again she couldn’t answer me. Just handed me the package page and tried to proceed. It’s really sad. Clients first off are always right and second off your staff needs to listen to possible new customers I’ll be going else where. As customer service is not top priority.
