Terrible management!! Not professional, truly acted like she hated her job! The Frisco store…Do not recommend!! I have left 4 VM for district manager. No return call. The girl that calls herself manager at Frisco loc. said she did talk to her but she is busy! Wow is all I can say . Tanning

Feeling a little scammed.. got a free pass for a week from a friend. Was told i could upgrade to a bronzer bed for that week for $13 or stand up for $4. Decided the bronzer after being shown a comparison of $37 a month and how great of a deal it was. Made sure it was for the week and not just a one time. Ended up going to another location the next day, only to be asked for more $ because that did not show in their system. Called original location only to be told it was for a day with no accountability. I would take it on the chin and count my losses, only if i hadn’t specifically asked if it was for the entire week and not just the day…..

I have been a customer at Planet Tan for over 15 years and the customer service and management had gone way down hill. The turnover for employees is high, there is no consistency in what is offered. Most of the staff is not knowledgeable, poor communicators and don’t listen to the customers requests and are rude, especially Jada. I have had several issues with her wasting my time due to her lack of knowledge and professionalism. Then instead of her taking ownership for her wrong doing she blames the customer. Completely unacceptable!. Furthermore They have a lack of trained and knowledgeable employees. Very disappointing for the high prices they charge for their services!

The other locations of Planet Tan in the general area are 100 times better. The attitude of the manager in this location is just awful and it seems being a customer is a major inconvenience to them. Not only were they rude to me a couple of times, how they spoke of his team members was so belittling when in fact the regular team members there are light years ahead of them. This wasn’t a once off observation but a continuous one. I had to switch locations. Planet Tan please do better and train this manager. They don’t possess one quality for the role.

I walked in this location and met with Eric- the manager. He was very personable, knowledgeable and kind. I had signed up at the Eldorado rd location and had just purchased an expensive lotion. It would not dispense anything after 4 times of usage. The manager of the Lewisville location was not willing to help at all. She simply stated that I wasn’t the first person having issues with this product. I gave up trying , until I met Erin the other day. I explained to him the situation and he immediately was willing and able to help me. He exchanged the damaged bottle with a new one!!!! He was apologetic and very professional

My husband and I have been tanning at the Preston Rd location since fall of 2020. After several management changes we noticed the place was going down hill. The bathroom wasn’t being kept clean, the beds had bulbs out and weren’t being changed often enough. Since Eric has taken over as General Manager the place has been completely turned around. The bathrooms are clean, the bulbs are changed regularly and beds are being repaired if needed. We now can enjoy our tanning experience again!

Very prompt to greet me with a delightful smile and welcome. They checked me in and offered the most amazing lotions I have ever used in my entire life. The beds were clean and the bulbs were new. I will refer all my friends to this location based upon my experience. Brooke the manager was very knowledgeable and had great management skills. Now I have this amazing tan that people can’t stop talking about! Thanks everyone!

The team here is great. Regan is wonderful and so nice every time I visit. The beds are clean and I don’t usually have to wait long at all. There are a variety of beds. I have visited at all times of the day with a good experience. Bed 2 and 28 have given me good results.
