I have been with Planet Tan for a while now. I first came back to them in March. They closed down during Covid-19 for a short period of time, but gave everyone a $25 credit. There are new posted store hours for this location. I love this new location and i switched from Texas Tan because of this store Manager giving me excellent customer service. I am always greeted warmly. I see oftentimes them cleaning the beds after they have been used. They do require a mask because we are in the middle of a pandemic. You don’t have to wear the mask while you tan. Pictures here you will see their new posted store hours, their front side of the location and the inside. This location has sunless tanning. They have a supply of products but really aren’t overly pushy which is nice.

Crystal is AMAZING!! From the moment I walked in the door she made me feel like I was welcome (even at 8am on open time). You can tell she knows exactly what she’s talking about and cares about what’s best for her customers. Crystal was extremely knowledgeable, professional, just such an amazing personality and spirit. This place tops any place I’ve been so far for My tanning needs! Very clean and the girls are all very polite and helpful. The beds are very up-to-date and above my expectations. I drive 35 minutes from home just to go here and try out their different beds. At 1st I thought the prices were extremely high, but once you actually try a bed out that suit your goal and expectation… I promise you’ll be coming back!

I do not recommend this place. Beds are fine but beware do not buy any products they overcharged my credit card and did not give me a receipt . I was charged for products I did not purchase and they tell you there is a 7 day return policy but fail to tell you it’s only for store credit. So to sum it up my card was charged more than the guy stated the transaction was and I was charged for items I never received or even knew about and the only option I had was a store credit. I asked on many occasions to have a district manger call me considering the guy that stole my money is the general manager and no one ever called . So please do not come to this place .

Such a great and honest staff! I accidentally left my Apple Watch in my room and had been frantically searching for it for five days . Come to find out it was placed in the safe by one of the staff members. There isn’t many honest people left in the world, but this location has proven otherwise. Can’t remember names, but shout out to the tall guy with glasses (morning) and the blonde girl (night). Thank y’all so much!
